3)The Samoan Tattoos Represent Their Growing Up. Their Life Experiences. This Tattoos Form Part Of The Samoan Culture. What Do You Think About The Samoan Tattoos?
1. Apparently they are good navigators because their history supports it. It is possible that this skills were obtained from british navigators during the colony time.
